HOW TO ORDER A MEMORY BEAR
Sending in meaningful clothing can feel like a big step. We make it simple, and we treat every piece with care from the moment it arrives. You'll get clear instructions, updates along the way, and a handmade Memory Bear created in our small studio.
We take new orders during monthly Open Order Windows. Typically the third Thursday of the month at 8pm ET
Browse Memory Bear styles and choose the one that works best with your clothes
A limited number of bears are available when order window is closed at a higher price
HOW IT WORKS
WHEN CAN I ORDER?
Open Order Window: regular price, once a month (third Thursday)
Skip-the-Wait: order select bears anytime at a higher closed window price
Skip-the-Wait does not change turnaround time
WHAT CLOTHES WORK BEST?
In general, cotton, cotton-blend shirts, pants and dresses make the best bears. We can also use lightweight fleece, flannel, denim and pjs.
We can't use heavyweight or thick clothing. See the guide below for tips on choosing clothes.
