When my father passed away we had boxes of T-shirts from all the charities he had worked with, from his time in the Marine Corps and law enforcement, as well as Tshirts from family trips. We didn’t want to just throw them out but no one was going to wear them. We had previously ordered from The Patchwork Bear on a smaller order and knew we could trust them with our memories. They did a beautiful job turning all those shirts into 3 memory quilts (one for each for myself and my two brothers) and 8 memory bears (enough for my mother, my generation and all the grand kids).
I highly recommend The Patchwork Bear. I’m already thinking of new projects to send to them.
