Shipping in the continental United States:

$6 orders between $0 - $50
$10 orders between $50.01 - $125
$12 orders between $125.01 - $250
$15 orders over $250

Shipping charges are for return shipping of finished keepsakes to one address within the continental United States
Additional charges will apply for shipping to multiple addresses or outside the continental US.

Since the weight of clothes sent to us varies from customer to customer, we do not cover the cost to send your clothes to our studio.

We can ship remaining clothing scraps back with your finished keepsake under 3 lbs at no additional charge. Scraps weighing more that 3 lbs may incur additional charges.

Please contact us for additional international shipping costs or to expedite your order.

SENDING CLOTHES TO THE STUDIO FOR YOUR KEEPSAKE:

After ordering your clothing keepsake, we EMAIL shipping instructions and a printable order form. Send your clothes with the completed order form to:

SHIPPING YOUR FINISHED KEEPSAKE:

We typically ship orders with tracking through UPS Ground (USPS for PO Boxes) approximately 5-7 weeks after clothing is received in our studio for keepsake animals (bears, puppies, bunnies); 8-12 weeks for custom quilts and bags. Please allow extra time between Aug-Dec as this is our busiest time of the year)

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your finished keepsake and since each item is handmade to order, we work with you directly to resolve any issues.

We request that you send your clothes for your keepsake as soon as possible, preferably within one year of purchase.

In the event you change your mind and we have not created your keepsake yet, we are happy to offer a refund within one year of purchase. After one year, we can offer a store credit.

Bears For My Brothers

When Mom died, I was the one who went through her clothes to decide what to keep, what to toss, and what to donate. There were a few pieces I couldn’t let go. One was a T-shirt my brother had given her when he was at the Police Academy. The other was a T-shirt another brother gave Mom when she went back to school for her degree. The work is beautifully done. The logos were used in a way I hadn’t considered. They turned out just perfect. I haven’t given the bears to my brothers yet (we live far apart) but I can’t wait to see their faces when they open their gifts. I hope they will someday pass these down to their little ones to remember their Nana.

I’m Above And Beyond Satisfied with my bears. TOP NOTCH COMPANY; the quality of the bears to the communication from customer service. Great communication, quick response, updates on when they received the shirt and when approximately the bear would be done. Then they let me know I had enough fabric for a second bear from one shirt so I ordered an additional bear. What better way to hug a little something of my Dad’s. He passed away 4 months ago and the bears filled my heart ❤️

Amazing Keepsake

I recently lost my husband and found a shirt he was wearing the last time we had family pictures taken. Jen and the great folks at Patchwork Bear used the shirt to make a Simple Memory Bear AND a bitty bear that I plan to give to my daughter. Great quality and I will be forever grateful!

I ordered three bears, each made from an old flannel shirt of my grandpa's. I did the order in person in store and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The bears all came out perfectly and I can't wait to see my grandma's reaction when I give her hers! I highly recommend The Patchwork Bear for a meaningful keepsake!
