A Memory Bear is a custom keepsake bear made from your meaningful clothes, handmade to order in our studio.
In 2026, we introduced Memory Bear order windows. This helps our small studio plan production in a way that protects what matters most: a beautifully made bear, sewn by hand, from your one-of-a-kind clothing.
Every Memory Bear is still handmade to order using your special clothes. That part has not changed.
What is an Open Order Window?
An Open Order Window is a scheduled time each month when we open Memory Bear ordering at our regular price.
Here is the simple version:

During Open Order Windows: ordering is open at our regular price

Outside the window: ordering stays open at the higher Skip-the-Wait Price
Same bear, same process. The price changes based on timing.
When do Open Order Windows happen?
We typically open Memory Bear ordering on the third Thursday of the month at 8pm ET.
Spots are limited so we can plan production and make each bear with care.

Each Memory Bear is made one at a time, by hand, from clothing that is deeply personal.

What is the Skip-the-Wait Price?
Between Open Order Windows, you may still be able to order a Memory Bear at the Skip-the-Wait Price for select styles.
Skip-the-Wait is priced higher because it is made outside our planned production rounds. We keep it available because not everyone can wait.
Sometimes there is a memorial, a meaningful deadline, a special event, or you have simply reached the point where you are ready.
Nothing about the bear changes. This is just how we protect quality while keeping an option available between windows.
How to order at the regular price
If you want to order during the next Open Order Window at the regular price, the easiest thing to do is sign up for reminder emails. We will email you when ordering is about to open.
