Book your own private Memory Bear Party and share some memories together. Bring your clothes and friends to design and layout your own Memory Bear! 

Perfect for a birthday celebration, girls night out, family event or just get a few people together for a fun time crafting together.

 

DETAILS

When: Your choice. CONTACT US to coordinate a date and time for your private workshop of 4-8 people. Allow 3 hours of studio time.

Where: The Patchwork Bear Studio, 20 South Main St, Pennington NJ 08534

What to bring: Please bring 1-2 adult, 4-6 child or 6-10 baby-sized articles of clothing (more if they are infant size) and your imagination. We will provide the rest. 

At this workshop, we will guide you to design your own memory bear, layout, stabilize and cut each of the pattern pieces. 

**NOTE: In this workshop, you will only design and cut patterns for your bear.
We will do all the sewing and stuffing for you after the workshop. Your completed memory bear will be ready for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after the workshop date. 


Price: $90 per person. Minimum 4 people (maximum 8). 
Must be 12 or over to attend.

After your order is processed, we EMAIL shipping instructions & a printable order form.

(Gift Kits will ship in 2-3 days and include an order form, shipping instructions & mailing bag)

Step 3: Send your clothes to the patchwork bear

All packages sent to us are signed for upon receipt and kept in a safe, indoor location. We know your clothes are irreplaceable and we take great care throughout the process

Step 4: receive your keepsake in just a few weeks. Instant heirloom!

Please allow 4-6 weeks for memory bears & animals; 8-12 weeks for quilts & bags. May take longer during holidays (Oct-Dec).
