This adorable puppy is made entirely from your clothes, from his little tail to his big snout. Each article of clothing is stabilized, cut and sewn to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake for you to remember the special moments made when the clothes were worn.

After your order is processed, we EMAIL shipping instructions & a printable order form.

Step 3: Send your clothes to the patchwork bear

All packages sent to us are signed for upon receipt and kept in a safe, indoor location. We know your clothes are irreplaceable and we take great care throughout the process

Step 4: receive your keepsake in just a few weeks. Instant heirloom!

Amazing memory pup

Incredible

I purchased a Memory Puppy for my daughter as I lost my father before she was able to meet him. When we received the puppy we were blown away by how beautiful it was. I can visualize my dad wearing each of the fabrics sent in! The craftsmanship is unreal, and the quality is top notch. Not to mention it was packed and mailed with care as well as the additional scraps not used for the puppy.

When we received it I showed my daughter and she started smiling and playing with it. It is a great way to start the conversation about her grandpa when she gets older, and how much he meant. Thank you patchwork bear for creating such an incredible one-of-a-kind product that we will have forever!

Loving dogs

I sent in fabric for 5 dogs that was organized in bags for my 5 children plus some extra to add to each dog. Every one of them was PERFECT. Thanks you from the bottom of my heart. This will be a remarkable reminder, for them, in memory of their dad.

My dad wore sweater vests daily. When he left for Heaven I found 18 sweater vests neatly hanging in his closet. He also loved dogs. The Patchwork Bear turned these sweater vests into the most adorable puppies, one for each grandchild. They even used the fluffy inside on one vest as the nose on each puppy. All nine adult grandchildren were blown away. I saw several tears and enormous smiles! Thank you Patchwork Bear Team!!!

They’re doing God’s work!

My 14 year old furball crossed the rainbow bridge almost 2 years ago. My soul still aches for him. My heart will never be the same. I couldn’t bear to get rid of his dog bed, it sat right in its spot where he used to nap. My husband bought this for me & I bawled my eyes out - it was so thoughtful. I was a little nervous to put his bed in the mail but was really thankful for the email that I received stating that his bed made it there safely. And to my surprise, my patchwork puppy showed up only 3 weeks later! I opted to let the patchwork bear design my puppy & I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t have made him more perfect!! Mother's sweater

The bear came back, and it looks excellent! Better than anything in a store. My 90 year old mother passed away last April. Her grandson (my nephew) and his wife were expecting a baby in November. My mother was looking forward to seeing her great-granddaughter, which obviously didn't get to happen. While cleaning out her closet, I found one of her favorite sweaters that she often wore. After checking to be sure that my sister didn't want it, I sent it in to have a Memory Bear made of it. It arrived a few weeks later - and my mother's great-grand daughter arrived a couple of weeks after that! Interestingly, the teddy bear even has the smell of my mother's perfume on it! So in a few weeks, the memory bear will be the baby's gift from her great-grandmother; Omi!

Perfect Little Pocket

So in love with my bears!!!

This difficult process was met with the most efficient and considerate staff! The reality of being in a position to want a memory bear in itself was almost heartbreaking to think about. I tearfully parted with five items of my son's at the post office. I got a reassuring text a few days later that his items had been received. That was so reassuring. They followed up with questions regarding my wishes and were able to make me four bears instead of just the one! They came perfectly packaged and were met with tears of sadness and joy. They turned out perfect! I can't say enough about the care and consideration of this process. It's been almost five and a half years since I lost my oldest son and I will cherish my bear for the rest of my life. Much love to all!!!

This pillow is fabulous, such quality in the craftsmanship. It is a special gift for my son’s fiancée, he died years ago. The shirt was one of his special ones, I am sure there will be tears when she sees/holds it in her arms.
