Got my bear today and hands down in love with the workmanship and the placement of everything. I asked for something specific to be done and they knocked it out of the park. Would highly recommend this company to anybody.

The Patchwork Bear did a magnificent job taking my late husband’s amazing collection of t-shirts, representing his diverse interests in running, travel, music, city planning and great eateries, and created four memory bears for my grandchildren. Although they never met their Papa Pete, his memory lives on in these bears. They will give each one of my grandchildren a chance to have known his interests and what he loved to do in his life. We are forever grateful.

Making the patch work bear out of my mother’s favorite jacket for my soon to be grandchild is so precious to me! She just passed away last year and I know she would love nothing more than to hold this precious baby. Now every time I see the baby holding this bear I will think of her watching over him or her.

I ordered 4 bears, one for each of my grown children, and one for myself. I wanted to include the outfit that all 3 of them came home in, and a blanket that they all used, into all 4 bears. I added separate articles to their own individual bears and all 3 to my bear. It was a pretty big ask, but they got it perfect! Pics of each of my kids with their spouses and bears. My mom died six years ago this April, and as an only child it was devastating. I have held onto some of her favorite clothes, pieces that I look at and immediately am flooded with memories. I have kept them folded in a drawer and pull them out now and then when I need that hug from heaven. I didn’t know what to do with them and I happened upon The Patchwork Bear website - after much thought and deliberation, I sent the pieces off and asked to have a bear made. It was the perfect idea, it was the perfect memory, and it is the perfect bear. As soon as I opened the box the tears started, but they are tears full of love and memories, and I am so gratmtohavediscovered this website and found the perfect thing to do with my mom‘s clothes. We were thrilled to receive our beautifully crafted mini bears made from my late mother’s favorite robe. The bears went to all the grandchildren and bring back sweet memories of their sweet Grandmom. We’re so grateful!
