My love, a musician all his life, passed away in May following a lengthy illness. My best friend told me about The Patchwork Bear, and I remembered the exquisite bear they made for her in honor of her late husband. Bobby and I were dog lovers and I was thrilled to learn they would make a Patchwork Puppy in his honor. The puppy is absolutely perfect; they even put my request of a pocket on its hip for a guitar pick! Looking at him (and cuddling him) brings back special memories when seeing the various items of my Bobby’s clothing so carefully and lovingly stitched together.
