The Original Memory Bear

It was really difficult to part with my little boy Liam’s blanket but I am so glad I did. I love my bear! I asked if they include his name from the blanket and I honestly didn’t think it would happen. But I was wrong and it looks wonderfully. Now whenever I miss him I can just hung my little bear.

The Patchwork Bear did an amazing job!! My mother-in-law passed away on May 26, 2024 at the age of 95. She wore this dress on May 12, 1990 in our wedding. I wanted the perfect keepsake to accompany my Mom’s gown that was worn on the same day that I had made into a pillow. Two very important, strong and loved women in many of our lives. Thank you to Jen and her team for the top-notch work on my memory bear 🩵

We received our three bears that were made from my late father's neckties and we could not be any happier with how they turned out! Our only request was for the gals at The Patchwork Bear to try to incorporate one of my dad's cartoon ties or one of his teacher ties into each bear and they did that perfectly! I had no idea how these bears might turn out as there was such a wide array of different ties to choose from but each bear is so special and unique and something that we will treasure forever! Thank you for such amazing work and craftsmanship. We are forever grateful!

My memory bear captured what I wanted perfectly.

I’ve saved clothes of my children, my parents, and my husband and I. After my dad died, I chose to switch from quilt to Memory Bear. It was perfect. Thank you !!

My husband Phil passed away in April. I thought it would be a nice remembrance to have a bear with his favorite shirts. He was very patriotic having been in the Air Force & so I used 2 shirts that had Air Force logos & pictures on them. I instructed Patchwork Bear where to put the logo, as well as where to put my husband's nickname "Mr. Cool" & the other information. When I received the bear everything was done to my specifications perfectly & the bear looked fantastic. I will always cherish it & hand it down to my children to keep forever. I have already sent the Patchwork Bear link to a couple of my friends who wanted to know where the bear was done, since they thought it was awesome & so well made.

The bear came out better than I could have ever hoped for. The placement of the “Hello Kitty” logos and the use of the fabric was beautifully done. The designers who laid it all out should be commended for a job well done! ❤️
