I love it! I knew I wanted to do something with a group of old, but treasured, shirts. I didn't need another quilt and I don't really use throw pillows, so the bear was perfect and all of the choices made with my requests of what I wanted displayed were amazing!

He is beautiful and I’m so happy to have a sweet memory of my husband and his favorite shirts that remind me of him. Beautiful designed.

My mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. Cleaning out the closets I came across two Asian outfits that she wore in her younger years still covered in the dry cleaners plastic from Pacific Palisades where they lived 55 yrs ago. These 2 bears I made for my children her grandchildren. The third bear I sent her favorite shirts that are red, white and blue which I am giving to her very good friend. These bears are a wonderful memory of an extraordinary woman and grandmother.

I asked them to keep as much of the "TRAIN" logo as possible and they nailed it. The bear is super thick and very well made. The Patchwork Bear did a magnificent job taking my late husband’s amazing collection of t-shirts, representing his diverse interests in running, travel, music, city planning and great eateries, and created four memory bears for my grandchildren. Although they never met their Papa Pete, his memory lives on in these bears. They will give each one of my grandchildren a chance to have known his interests and what he loved to do in his life. We are forever grateful.
